The main thing here is not to make a mistake, i.e. trust a reliable construction company or trust fund that has been working in the construction industry for many years.

Investing in real estate construction is currently quite a profitable and reliable way to invest personal financial resources, moreover, for a long period, and even with minimal risks. If we compare investments in real estate construction and bank deposits, then investing in construction is about three times more profitable than putting money on a bank deposit. It should also be noted that in the Russian Federation the real estate market is constantly growing, which provides an opportunity, allows you to almost constantly invest financial resources in real estate and as a result receive a constant income from this for a long period of time. In the event that you have invested once in the construction of real estate, in the future you will not need to additionally invest in order to receive your income.

Today, there are several basic schemes that provide the opportunity to invest in real estate finance, moreover, each of these schemes is designed for a specific circle of investors. In the event that, for example, you need housing, and a multi-storey building is being built nearby, it is best to invest financial resources in this construction. This is due to the fact that at the initial stage of the construction process, an apartment will cost significantly less than when renting a house – accordingly, it is possible to significantly save on buying an apartment and at the same time, successfully invest in real estate.

Someone prefers to invest in suburban real estate, because, at the present stage of time, this is the fastest growing segment of the market. In addition, the land itself is suitable for investment, because the land was appreciated, and will be appreciated at all times. Moreover, its value is constantly growing, especially if the land plots are located near the city, because there is the prospect that sooner or later they will become part of the city, and in this case, the cost of the land will become much more than outside.

Apartment buildings, suburban real estate and hotel complexes are those real estate in which serious investors invest their money in order to later receive a steady and stable income.

Nowadays, a person who has a desire to improve the conditions for his living can do this in several ways, including investing in the housing construction process. Nevertheless, the acquisition of housing is an extremely responsible undertaking, which necessarily requires certain legal knowledge.

Before making investments in construction, it is necessary to find out the estimated cost of housing characteristic of the initial stage of construction, that is, how much concrete can be saved if you invest not in ready-made real estate objects, but in their construction. In addition, at the present time it is possible to purchase real estate on lease. In relationships such as leasing, a particular property will be acquired from a third party, after which it is leased to the future owner, with a further right to purchase. When investing money in the construction of personal housing, you are given the opportunity to live in your own apartment only after the delivery of the house, which in reality is not yet available.

The current legislation of the Russian Federation allows insurance of investment in the construction industry. Before concluding an insurance contract, it is necessary to conduct a pre-insurance examination of all objects, including and the land on which the future suburban real estate will be located. Based on the results of this examination, the probability of an insured event will be considered, since the insurer calculates insurance rates exclusively for each object, depending on the degree of risk that may occur for one reason or another. Then the investor should conduct monitoring of insurance companies, including the need to check with them all the licenses for the right to insure this investment activity. This is necessary in order to choose the insurer who can fully satisfy all your investor requirements. Further, you can already begin the process of concluding an insurance contract.
