Being the subjects of civil law relations, both the landlord and the tenant must be legally capable, Russian legislation does not provide for other restrictions on the parties to the lease agreement.

It can be short-term, lasting no more than one year, medium-term, calculating the transfer of rights to use the object for a period of one to five years, long-term, implying a lease for a period of more than five years, but less than 50. However, often the parties omit this clause of the contract, leaving its unfilled. This means that the lease is unlimited, and the agreement of the parties will be valid until they together or any one party to this agreement decides to terminate it. In this case, it is important to remember the dates in which the party that decided to refuse to fulfill its obligations under the contract must notify the other party of its decision. For movable and immovable assets, they are different – if you have an agreement on the rental of movable property, then you must warn about the refusal no later than one month in advance. And in the case of real estate, this period is increased to three months.

Lease of vehicles This type of lease is quite widespread and popular not only in Russia, but also abroad, from where, it must be said, this business came to us. This is a profitable business; it is in demand both among the local population and among visitors coming to the city. How is this determined? Yes, the fact that the rental provides an opportunity, albeit for a while, but to purchase an expensive vehicle for a relatively small amount. However, there are serious difficulties in this matter, which are determined mainly by the risks associated with the risks of non-return, damage to the property rented out. Violations of the operating conditions of the facilities specified in the lease agreement are not excluded. For those who want to minimize such risks, experts recommend opening a rental, for example, sports vehicles in a limited area. This can be, for example, rental boats, jet skis, boats, yachts and other water vehicles, which tenants will be able to use within the allocated water area.
Car rental Investments in this business are usually limited to an amount equal to approximately 200-500 thousand rubles. They all go to the acquisition of movable objects that you plan to lease, to staff salaries, rental garages or parking fees, and the inevitable maintenance of vehicles. No one has canceled the associated costs (gasoline, oil, etc.) and, of course, the costs of attracting the attention of potential customers to their project, that is, the allocation of funds for its advertising. In order for these investments to pay off as soon as possible, you will need to do everything possible so that the jet skis, motorcycles or boats that you provide work at least eight hours a day.
